Refund policy

When you book a creator on FameHold, your payment is held and not paid out to the creator until the agreed post is live.
Full refund, automatically
If the post is not live by the scheduled date plus 48 hours, you get a full refund — no questions, no forms.
After the post is live
Once the post is live and verified, the booking is complete and the payment is released to the creator. Completed bookings are not refundable.
Disputes
If something looks wrong (wrong content, post removed early), email us within 72 hours of the scheduled post date and a human will review it: we check the post, the proof link data, and the booking brief, and decide on a refund or release. We respond within 2 business days.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
